What sizes do your sofa dog beds come in?
Our striped sofa-style dog beds come in four sizes:
Measure your dog from nose to base of tail while they're lying stretched out, then add a few inches so they can turn and settle comfortably.

How do I choose the right size bed for my dog?
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down stretched out, then pick the size whose length gives them a few extra inches. If your dog likes to sprawl, or you're between sizes, size up. Not sure? Email sales@glowpups.com with your dog's breed and measurements and we'll help you pick.
Are the dog beds machine washable?
Yes. Our sofa-style dog beds are machine washable, so keeping them fresh is easy.
What are the sofa dog beds made of?
They're made from a soft, durable cotton blend, with a double cushion and a supportive back and sides so your pup can lean, curl up, or rest their head.
Can cats use the sofa beds too?
Absolutely. The sofa-style beds work for dogs and cats alike. Smaller pets and cats usually fit the M size.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders $35 and up, and $5.99 on orders under $35. Express shipping is $14.99. Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout, so there are no surprises.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in El Segundo, California within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 4–8 business days, and Express takes 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL Express. International rates are calculated at checkout, and duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit Track Your Order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items should be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Gift cards can't be returned. See our full refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@glowpups.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send it. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size or color you want.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at sales@glowpups.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.
Collars & Leashes
What are your collars and leashes made of?
Our boho collars and leashes are handmade from natural cotton rope, and our tie-dye pieces are hand-dipped in dye, so every one is a little unique.
How does the hands-free leash work?
It's a handmade cotton rope leash with two metal snap hooks and two metal rings, designed to be worn so your hands stay free for a stroller, coffee, or filming your pup on a walk.
